Tubs and Tiles, Fonthill Rd Branch, Dublin?

Has anyone else bought tiles from Tubs & Tiles Fonthill Rd branch?
We bought a new property recently and were given a tiling allowance to be spent in Tubs & Tiles. We ordered the tiles with no major problems but have since had major headaches, mostly customer service issues where staff either don't have the knowledge to inform us what's going on or simply can't be bothered.
Definitely won't be buying from them again, at least not at that particular branch
Would be grateful to hear anyone else's views/experiences

Went there a couple of years ago for samples a large commercial job in Dublin. Wasn't impressed- poor customer service, poor product knowledge and limited product range. But that was some time ago...

Bought a bath from them recently and they failed to deliver it twice (both times I had to arrange to be home from work). On the third arranged day for delivery, the delivery guy was on his own and couldn't lift the bath so it was left in our front garden until my boyfriend and one of our neighbours was home from home to lift it inside!!
