TSB Inst Access Zero Interest

I have a TSB Instant Access Dep Account, which was originally a INBS account. I noted recently, my last two interest were zero. Previously I was getting 2.75%. an anyone please explain what is going on?
 
What was the exact name of the old INBS product that you had?

Did you move the money from the INBS product to a PTSB product? (It is still possible to have a legacy INBS product with PTSB.)
 
It was automatically transferred when INBS closed.
Name is as stated Instant Access Dep Account
 
I have this same legacy a/c from INBS and it's showing my AER @ 1.5%
It has dropped consisently from about the 2.75% you mention. I'm off work this week and plan to tidy up some affairs including moving this to a higher interest bearing a/c.
 
See page 4 here. The INBS Instant Access account pays 1.50%.

I suggest you pop into PTSB and discuss the rate that you are getting.
 
Thanks CiaranT. it looks like it dropped from 2.75% to 0.01%, that's not worth the trouble, may as well put it under the mattress, it was 3.5% with INBS

Why was your INBS product closed? by choice? It is still possible to have a legacy INBS product with PTSB if you opened the product when INBS were in existence.

Anyway, your best off moving the money into the PTSB Bonus Booster product.
