Hi
I am trying to sell my apartment in Spain - Costa Del Sol.
At present it is with one sol EA in Spain and I have not had so much as a bite or an enquiry.
Is there other mediums anyone could recommend that I go to in order to give my place more exposure?

Much appreciated.

Is your property more than other equivalent ones on the market at the moment? Is it in an area where there is a good deal of new build coming on stream? Good idea about daft but that is limiting it to the Irish market really. You really need to gain exposure to the UK market, if there is an equivalent of daft over there you should advertise there.

There are alot of private sales going on in Spain at the moment. As silly as it sounds classified ad in newspapers may help, faith in spanish estate agents is evaporating.

Thanks
So far some very helpful responses.
Appreciate it all!

Anyone going to sell in Spain should wait as the CGT is expected to drop to 18% from 1 January as its current system of taxing foreigners on gains is deemed contrary to EU law.

Good luck anyway

I sympathise--my friend was trying to sell her perfectly lovely 2 bed apt --just off beach road --for two whole years--not one person even looked at it--she reduced price again and again. Then got fed up--changed estate agent and sold it with an english company on the costa --in weeks. her conclusion was that the local spanish estate agent did absolutely nothing for her at all for nearly 2 whole years only let her reduce and reduce price.
good Luck!
