Trying to contact Ryanair re. booking

I booked a flight some time ago,but cant remember whether i included baggage or just hand luggage.It does not appear on the itinerary. I have tried ringing but find it very hard to get through.

Can anyone help me out please.

I must be lucky because I rang the number on the website, on a similar matter, and it was picked up in seconds.

I would suggest that if it doesn't appear on the itinerary it means that you have NOT bookes hold baggage.

Have you checked all correspondence with Ryanair to see if any other document helps?
 
I think the problem is that you can print out the internet confirmation and you also receive an email confirmation. Can't remember which but one of these doesn't mention baggage.
 
The email confirmation doesn't mention baggage, the printed internet page does.

Especially Bluetonic , that websight that you gave me was the only place that told me that i had in fact booked in baggage.
