I think its for EMOBILE, heard it on the radio the other day.

The advert uses a line like "the 1st truly unlimited tariff", then only a few seconds later uses the line, "fair usage policy applies".

Talk about contradictory.

I know that you are unlikely to use 45,000 texts in a month, but its either truly unlimited or its not.
 
This reminds me of 'iol free' internet access many moons ago, Loads of people signed up to their unlimited internet access and then they pulled the plug on those who were on the internet too much and they cited 'fair usage policy' as an excuse for doing so.

I reckon it's clever use of language, people readily read the big print because it stands out but never the small print.
