I have a joint mortgage with the boyfriend and was wondering how you go about getting the TRS backdated...Should we both be applying for it or should it be in one of our names ??
You should both apply. You can do so [broken link removed] but for backdated claims I think you'll need to submit a form or write a letter explaining the situation and to get the outstanding relief credited to the mortgage account.
