TRS - Ulster Bank

Hi all,

I have a tracker mortgage with Ulster Bank (FTB 2 years ago and paying over €12k interest per annum). Does anyone know if the budget changes to TRS have been implemented by UB? It doesn't appear to have been amended per my January mortgage payment.

Might be best to write to them and ask, or pop into a branch.

A shame the bank's don't write to you to confirm these things, they are always fairly quick to write to us when they put the rates / charges up

The changes have been applied to our UB mortgage.

Because they are required to do so.
