TRS - how long to process?

We applied for tax relief at source after buy our house about 3 months ago. We applied on-line and have not heard anything about it since.

What length of time is there before we receive the relief?

Has anyone out ther experienced any problems with the online application?

Thanks for any help.
 
If I was in this position then I would simply call/write to Revenue asking what the status of the claim is.
 
Hi LadyJane, I'm in the exact same position, applied 3months ago online and haven't heard a thing. I think it's time to write Revenue a letter like Clubman suggests.
 
Mmm...3 months seems too long. Mine was processed in less than half that time using the online service. Maybe the sage advice could help after all :D !
 
I Just Applied For Trs Online Also But Had Rang Revenue About This And Was Told It Could Take Between 12 - 14 Weeks But You Will Recieve The Back Pay. It Seemed Very Long To Me Also As I Had Applied For It On A Previous Mortgate And Recived It In A Matter Of Weeks!!
