TRS has changed for 2013 - am I no longer a first time buyer ?

I bought my home at the end of 2005 and made my first payment in 2006. I believe now that I am on year 8 of my mortgage.

I have just checked PTSB online banking and I see that my TRS has dropped by about 130 euro a month.

Can someone confirm if I am no longer considered a First Time Buyer hence the drop in TRS ? This is for a single loan applicant. I thought I would have been ok up until 2017 but appears not to be the case.
 
your ceiling has dropped from 10,000 to 3,000 as you are in year 8

you should be getting the 30% though.
so max is 30% of your ceiling 3,000 = 900 per year.
 
Does the higher ceiling last for the full 84 months?

My first repayment was March 06 but the increase has been aplied to January 13 payment.

I thought i would get another 2 months out of it or does it go by the calender year?
 
Similar situation to yourself with my TRS getting decreased as I bought in 2006. I can confirm revenue told me I was entitled to 25% relief of €6000(Joint mortgage).

I advised them it should be 30% relieft of €6000 and they said I was correct and have now made the change so you might want to confirm with them they have the correct % applied to your TRS.
