TRS - Can it be claimed on two properties ?

Its my sisters query...........

She bought a 2nd property around 5 years ago and never claimed TRS .
Now that she can't claim TRS after 7 years on the 1st mortgage , can she claim TRS on the 2nd property/ loan .

Not unless it's her PPR, nope.

if she is letting the property out, she would get relief for the interest against the rents received in her tax return.
