TRS - can husband claim TRS on my mortgage?

Hi there,
Does anyone know if my husband is entitled to claim TRS on my mortgage?
His name is not on the mortgage.
I am claiming TRS on it since 2004.

I've been told by the bank that his name has to be on the mortgage but revenue didn't say that was necessary.

Any advice appreciated.

Yes, he can. Just get him to complete a TRS1P form and he can claim back to when you both got married.
