Trs and Mortgage intrest supplement

Hi everyone,
A quick question if anyone can help.
Does your trs stop when in receipt of mortgage interest supplement? and secondly should your lender inform you beforehand of changes to your repayment each month?
Any advise would be appreciated
 
hi not sure about the trs and the mortgage interest supplement .

did ur mortgage repayments change because of interest rate change or did it change because ur trs etc changed .
the bank should be telling you before as far as im aware but if its for the trs etc . thats a government/revenue issue and nothing to do with the banks
