T twofor1 Registered User Messages 1,631 3 Jan 2012 #2 Might be the year end. My mortgage payment date was the 15th, TRS arrived later that day, however an additional credit for roughly half always arrived on the 31st Dec, and the other half then arrived on 15th Jan as usual.

H huskerdu Registered User Messages 2,538 3 Jan 2012 #3 What month of the year did you get your mortgage last year ? Could it be that you got a years TRS in 6 months last year, so it was artificially high, so the monthly amount if now correct for a whole year.
