Trojan horse downloader generic virus

I have checked through this website, but cannot find some decent software for removing the above named virus. At present I cannot log onto my own laptop.

I have tried AVG, malwarebytes, spybot, spydoctor & a few others.

Is there any software that I could down load & remove the virus independent from having to connect to the internet.

Help would be appreciated

Had same trojan, the only way I found was to restore the machine using backup CD's
