Triton T90 replacing

Hi
I am replacing the above with a new T90Z as the plumbing and electrics are in place, it looks from the instruction booklet supplied as a relatively straight forward job. Anybody any advice on this on having tried the work themselves?
Any feedback appreciated please.

Yes they are very straight forward to fit. Just make sure that your electrics are upto scratch and comply.

Given that I am replacing one T90 with another T90 can I not take it that electrics would be the same?

Yes but is your existing wiring upto current regulations?

Original shower plumbed and wired in 2005 as part of a an extension to the house. Do you know if this would be compliant with current requirements! Because I wouldn't have a clue!

They now have to be fed through their own RCB which I do not think was a requirement in 2005.

Residual Current Breaker or more accurately you will require a RCBO (Residual Current Breaker with Overload protection)

It will be located on your fuse board.
