Triton shower problem.

Hi guys problem with our shower when you press the start button motor comes on the usual loud hum but no water is coming out.There is water flowing from the and there are no air locks.

might there be a blockage in the pipe, try unscrewing it from where if exits the unit and clean it out. After that it may be the filter within the unit.

Take off the shower head first, and see if water flows out the flexible pipe.

If no water, switch off the shower mcb at the board, open the shower unit, and there's a filter in the bottom left of the unit. Take this out and clean it.

These are two simple checks to do before calling a service engineer.
