This crowd keep ringing me and are rude and quiet thick actually, they are also UK Based?. Anyone dealt with them?.
I have paid off my Visa bill ages ago and sent the payment direct to Tesco and got a bill back with zero balance on it and cancelled the account then. I had missed a few payments so before I paid it off they must have passed it to those bunch of idiots.
They rang my house 4 times last night up to 7.30pm, finally told them to get lost and then they threatened legal action etc. Thing is, I rang Tesco this morning (again) to confirm my account is shut and why am I getting this crap. Apparantly they did inform them that the account is cleared. I don't believe them as the eget that rang me kept saying it's not paid off that Tesco wouldn't accept a payment from me, and my reply was yes they have and who are you?.
I know they are going to ring me again, so what is the best way for me to get rid of them the next time they call me?. I am so sick of it now.
