Hi ,
Last year I invested my SSIA plus a bit more into the Trilogy 11 fund with Bank of Ireland which has now lost a lot of money. I know it is recommended to leave this for at least 5 years but I am afraid at the way it is falling that I will have nothing left by then. I am looking for your take on this , should I stay with it or cut my losses and go for say a savings account which are presently offering up to 8%.

Why did you choose this fund in the first place? Were you aware of the potential risk/volatility? Do you need the money immediately? What other savings, investments and debts do you have?

Not enough information to make a call , do you see it turning around anytime soon, what are costs for withdrawal ??
