Hi there.

I have a number of largish trees in my back garden (in Monkstown, Co. Dublin) which I'd like to get removed. Can anyone recommend a good tree surgeon in the area who would cut down and remove the trees.

Thanks

When your getting your quotes for a surgeon decide wether you want the timber removed. Keeping it-for fire wood or something-will reduce your costs as the lads wont have to chip and remove it from your site. if they have to chip it itll cost more as its a bigger messier job.

Are they encroaching on any esb / telecom networks, house etc. as this will impede the job, making it take longer and thus, driving up the cost.

What type of trees are they? Im goind to guess that they are tall, deep wall-like conifers (leylandia)....im only guessing because these are the trees we get most calls to remove.
I would always suggest removing these trees as they are non native, soil acidifiying weeds that block all light.

how big are they? girth and height.rough guess.

Dont know any surgeons up there but if youre stuck let me know
www.irishcountrysidemanagement.com has my details.

best of luck.
