Treadmill.

Hi All,

As its the time of the season to be getting fit once again, I can't decide which would be better for me join a gym or bring the gym home?

I was originally thinking of buying a tredmil and running on it from home, but I would guess the ESB bill would be up the wall??

Anybody got any ideas on ESB usage on a home tredmil?

Hi chris,

depends on your will power...we have both and never use the threadmill at home, its not the same as going to the gym, it can become very monotonus and you would miss the social aspect of the gym plus the greater choice of equipment, but thats just us
