Travel Insurance for older travellers for long holiday

Hi,
Looking for travel insurance for my parents going to NZ visiting my brother. They are 76 and 70. A lot of companies have age limit cut offs, then those that I do find that will cover their age only cover for short periods. They are going to NZ for nearly 3 months, all going well. Anyone know of any company that will insure this age group and for this long period.?
