Travel insurance for a minor?

Need to buy an annual policy for a 14 year old. She lives in Ireland and her father lives in Europe. She would be travelling to Europe a few times this year with various other people.

I cannot find any policy that you can buy for an under 18 resident in Ireland. We obviously cannot add her to our policy as we are not resident in Ireland.

Anyone come across this issue?

If she has a health insurance policy with anyone you could try to see if they offer a Multi Trip Travel Insurance linked to the policy.

If she lives in Ireland then who is her legal guardian? The definition of a family under an insurance policy would probably stretch to that but you need to double-check any potential policy wording.
