Travel insurance for 3 week trip to the U.S

Looking for recommendations for travel insurance for 3 week trip to the U.S. My wife has Laya health cover I do not have private health insurance.AA seem to offer discount if you have private health cover.Should we seek two separate policies as If we opt for a single policy we are not elegible for discount if both people do not have health cover?Any other companies? Single trip or multi trip?

Do the sums, if separate policies are cheaper, go with that, but make sure you read through the terms & conditions.

As Palerider suggests, the more you travel in a year, the more the multi-trip options make sense.
