If a person needs a walking aid like a single crutch travelling from cork to london with aer lingus what is the procedure. I have looked at their website but found it difficult to ascertain this info.

I have travelled with Aer Lingus with crutches. You'll have no problems. In fact you will be escorted to your seat and handbaggage carried for you once you arrive at the aircraft.

Beforehand, the Security people will spend a few seconds checking that the crutch is not a rifle in disguise and that it does not contain explosives.

Have a great holiday.
