Transit time through Luton Airport

Just looking at flight options for our summer holiday and a routing through Luton airport is coming up significantly cheaper than other, more direct routes. As per the timetable, we would have a two hour gap between flights. Is this sufficient to navigate Luton Airport? I have never been in this airport and would welcome advice from those who have.
 
Luton is tiny, I assume you'll be checked through to your final destination, but 2 hours is loads.
 
We would not be checked through. Using Ryanair to get to Luton and then Easyjet and I think both of these airlines are point to point.
