...And what happens if you have a PRSA as a European citizen and want to go and work in France or Germany for a decade, there should be a European product which allows you to pay into it from other countries. I'm a bit worried to end up with four different tiny pensions. I already have a 3 yr company scheme which is frozen as I could not take it to the next company, - when I opened it up it sounded easily transferrable) I start saving at all corners but find it hard to get any "pension" pot amount worth mentioning, especially as I cannot put much into my PRSA as a part time employee. I had hoped to transfer my SSIA lump sum into a pension tax free and get a good ongoing pension product for low earners, wasn't that the initial idea of the whole thing?
