Transfer large amount of funds from an EBS current a/c to a mainstream UK bank current a/c

Is this possible? If not what are the options? Its a six figure sum.

I will check at an EBS branch but just asking in advance here.

"Wise" (previously known as Transferwise) is an excellent & cost effective method to move money internationally whether you are changing denominations or not. Works just fine for six figure sums too. I can't recommend it highly enough.
I have no connection to "Wise" other than as a satisfied customer for 5+ years.
EUR100,000 to GBP modeled out below.

Interesting. But what's the best way to get the six figure sum from EBS to Wise? Noting that outbound online transfers from EBS are limited to €5k.

5k limit - Urrgh, that's brutal in this day & age.

Give the branch notice that you are planning to attend in person to make a large outbound transfer (name the amount) & request an official appointment & request that the Branch employee is both capable & authorised to make such a transaction.

Really looking to see if someone has actually done this at EBS to get a heads up.

I already said that I will go to the branch so thats a given eventually.
