Transfer Dole

Hi there, I am presently receiving social welfare in Dublin but have decided to move to Cork within the next month or so. Does anyone know if it will be problematic transferring my dole claim from Dublin to Cork city?

There should be no problem with transferring it. Tell your office your plans, then when you get to Cork, attend the office there and they will organise the transfer.
Depending on how the backlog is affecting them, you may end up with a delay in payment the week or so when you change.
