Transfer deed to my name only

I am divorced with 3 children. My ex went bankrupt before we were divorced and the title deed was transferred to Official Assignee 1/2 with my name kept as 1/2.

This was over 3 years ago.

I have had no contact from the OA.

How can I get the title deed transferred to my name only?

Did the court order that the property be transferred to you as part of the divorce settlement?
