I have a mortgage of about 80k on this.
the new house cost 270
I have about 40K in cash.
Question
is it better to borrow less i.e. pump the 40K into the house.
I am currently with Permanent TSB are they the most competitive?
Does anyone know of a reasonably priced solicitor to go through?
