Trading License

My partner and I are looking to start up our own mobile catering business.
We have already found a trailer and vehicle to tow it, now we are just looking at the legal side of things. If anyone has any tips or a good contact I would be so very grateful.
Eg. What kind of licenses will I need?
Or. Where can I apply for a food hygiene certificate?
