Trading 2 cars for 1

Hi - is it possible to trade in two cars for one ?

We're thinking of doing this next January - currently running a large 06 and a smaller 99 which we no longer need and are having no luck selling (though not trying very hard). There is a lease on the 06 still and would hope to trade in for an 08 for a similar monthly amount.

I dount any dealer would be interested in the older car and will tell you to sell it privately.

I was successful in trading in two cars a number of years ago. I didn't get a great deal but got rid of two cars I wanted to.
Would you think of selling the newer car privately as you may get a better price for this and then trade in the 99 car.

Yes good idea though the hassle involved is the killer. At the moment we have the 99 sitting gaining cobwebs and costing us in tax and insurance for doing nothing ! Even worse it does have a couple of dints even though it has its nct so it'll be even harder to sell really.
