Trade Republic- Balance not correct

Had a balance of 32,460 with Trade Republic, transferred 2 tranches one of 10k and 7k

The 10k has arrived and shows in the account however the balance is still 32,460.This arrived 20 mins ago and is visible in the transaction history.

The second tranche will arrive tomorrow.

Have raised a help desk ticket but got a message that this could take up to 2 days before they respond.

Have never seen this before with any bank.

Correct balance now showing after 35 mins. Doesn't inspire a lot of confidence.

I had this happen to me too. But it didn't bother me, once I saw my balance correct after 30 mins or 2 hours on one occasion I was happy.

Noticing this balance not updating also now for the wealth side, or the balance updated before the investments were notified in the cash area. I think it's more the latter, with some delay for the investments deductions on the cash side.

This was money coming from another bank

There's always odd stuff with updating balances on the first of the month (interest payout day), but it's always been OK on the 2nd from my experience.
