My nephew recently had a 2006 Porsche stolen from his drive & when it was eventually recovered & repaired it was stolen again by the same gang 3 days later. The first time they broke into the house to steal keys & the second time they used the original keys before he had even ordered a replacement. A lot of yesterday's Joe Duffy's radio show was about a recent spate of similar stories from the Dublin area.
I have ordered a new Merc. for January delivery & in light of his experience I am considering having a tracker fitted. I have heard that you can get one with a cut out that will "kill" the engine making apprehension & recovery easier. Anyone out there got any advice or recommendations please ?
