IMHO you don't particularly need to worry about tracking cookies. They are just bits of information sites leave on your computer when you visit. It's rare that a cookie will contain a password or some other important piece of information. Other sites can sometimes read your cookie history, but this is really just for marketing so they can show you ads or whatever. There are no viruses or trojans in cookies. It's just more a violation of your privacy...
