Tracker flip to home mortgage

Hi,

I have tracker on investment mortgage and variable on home mortgage.

Was wondering if lenders allow those mortgages to be flipped i.e. put tracker mortgage on home and variable mortgage on investment.

Term and amounts are fairly similar.

Interested to hear if anybody has done something similar.

No. They would not allow that.
