Tracing a Landlords address

Hi guys, the house next door is being rented out and im trying to find out owners/Landlord address, i contacted land registry and address is very vague (eg, Rathcoole Dublin) there is no bins next door so i cant check that. Any ideas?

Thoms Directory is available in hard copy in most public libraries (to view for free). www.library.ie You could ring your local library to see if they have it.

He should be registered with the PRTB (Private Residential Tenancy Board) - maybe they can help.
