Just starting to plan a trip to Toulouse for 10 lads for a sports weekend in November. Hoping to take in a rugby and soccer match over the 2 nights if the fixtures go to plan. Hope also to take in Trevor Brennan's bar De Danu. As Aer Lingus seem to stop flying to Toulouse at the end of October, it will have to be Ryanair to Carcassonne.

Doesn't seem to be many 4 star hotels, a few 3 star and loads of 2 stars !
Have been on Tripadvisor but all the recommended ones are 2 stars and some of my mates are very fussy and 2 star hotels are a no no, no matter how cheap ! We are all in our late 30's early 40's and are not stag material !
