my partner has a lap-top which doesnt get a whole lot of use,the other day she plugged it in and turned it on,but for some strange reason the machine is asking for a password before it will allow her to access her desktop.she hasnt set up any password and so does anyone know if there is any way of over-riding this or re-setting the computer in order to use it again,please
