I have just received a Ruby prepaid mastercard. Has anybody got any problems with topping up, I went to 2 "Paypoints" to load cash to the card and was unable. As I am in the country, the nearest top up point are at least 15 miles away
Did they try swiping the card? The Paypoint machines should recognise it and guide them through the transaction. Half the battle is getting them to swipe it first, as the automatically think you're handing them a credit card for some reason.
I do not think so, they just keyed in the numbers. How do you find the card, it was recommended to me by "my bank", that is, a pre-paid credit card. Can you top up like a credit or atm card, with cash at the bank
