I am in the process of buying an investment property for €177k and am wondering whether to buy this outright or to get a mortgage on the property?
What are the pros/cons of these options?
My current financial status is
Employed earning approx €42k pa
PPR Mortgage €220k Property Value €650k
No other loans
Rabo A/C €800k
Sorrento Asset management property investment €50k
I have an appointment with an independent financial advisor next week but am very interested in peoples opinions here
