I've just sold my house and have an offer accepted on buying another. It would have been completed by now if the vendors lawyers had their act together.
My question is should I wait and rent for 6 months - 1 year before buying to see if the property prices will come down more ? Even hough we were getting a fairly decent price, I reckon the value has probably dropped 10-20k since the offer was accepted.
Any opinions ?
