I own a site and am wondering if its worth building a house on it, primarily as a holiday rental/B&B/value accommodation? Seemingly theres a surplus of houses in the country. However my site is 5 minutes walk from a national park. Currently I'm being quoted €80 per sq ft. If not does anyone have any other suggestions? I want to invest in something for the future. All good advice would be much appreciated.
