Title deeds, Bulgaria

I bought an apt. in Bulgaria off plan and it is nearing completion. I have gotten married and I am considering putting my wife's name on the title deeds. I would like to know all of the pros and cons regarding putting my wifes' name on the title deeds.
Are their tax benefits for having both names on the deeds for rental payments received? For example if I'm paying the high rate of tax in Ireland and she is on the lower rate of income tax; would there be less tax paid if the rental is included with her income? (There is a double taxation agreement between Bulgaria and Ireland.) Hope all this makes sense!

P.S. We are not having any marital problems, just wondering if it makes a difference.

Doesn't make a difference - I would be more worried about the full amount you pay for your apartment been on the title deed..make sure it is regardless of what people there tell you.

Thanks for your response. The full amount of the apt is on title deed so no problem there. I take it I will pay the same tax on rent received no matter what I do.
