To follow on, if say after a year or period of time, is it permissable to have one person taken off the mortgage? If so is their a minimum period up to which point it is not possible?
I am asking really about a situation where say two people purchase a property together and later, for whatever reasons, one person wants to be removed from the purchase, for the moment leaving aside issues regarding splitting of monies invested up to that point.
