timing belt for peugeot 407

hi,timing snapped today,does anybody know what a reasonable price is to get this repaired in a garage

Ha ha if only it was that simple!!!! As usual with all car queries on this forum the info is scant to say the least. Most importantly,is it petrol or diesel? What year is it? If its petrol you might be lucky and get away with just the timing belt kit...Maybe. Diesel on the other hand will be expensive. Probably better off sourcing a replacement engine.
 
Have you had it investigated yet? All that can be done at this early stage is get a belt kit fitted and see how it goes(fingers crossed):cool:
