Timer to heat water not working

We set our water to heat at night as we have a night rate meter, a couple of weeks ago we'd a power cut and since then the water no longer heats up. The clock is right on it nothing else has changed, if we hit the boost the water comes on. Any thoughts on what the problem could be?
 
what make and model clock is it, some need to be reset after a prolonged power cut
