My 'lovely' solicitor who was supposed to complete my home purchase over a year ago failed to register the property in my name... They have promised to drop forms into land regisry on Friday (although I called to make sure all was in order 4 weeks ago).
I am in the process of switching mortgages. My mortgage provider has said the following:
'We will be able to proceed with a dealing number as long as its is not a pre-lodged status'
I'm based in Dublin. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to move it from this status once dropped in?
