In american notation late tonight -- specifically, 123 seconds after 1:00 a.m. -- the time and date, for the first time in all of humanity, will be 01:02:03 04/05/06.
In Europe however, which renders the date before the month, this singular moment will occur next month, at 123 seconds past 1 a.m. on 4 May. And after that, it most definitely will never occur again.

Enjoy you momemnt in time, whatever you are doing then
 
Or to put it another way on Thursday May the 4th at two minutes and three seconds after 1:00 in the morning, the time and date will be 01:02:03 04/05/06.

Can't wait for 11 minutes and 11 seconds past 11, on the 11th November 2011. Used to love that when I was a kid and I got my first digital watch. Used to happen right in the middle of sos.

It will happen once every century. Alternatively, if you consider the difference between how dates are shown in the US, and how they are shown here, it will happen twice every century.
