Hi, I think I know the answer your all going to give me but I'll try anyway.
We moved in to our new home 9 months ago.
We were so eager to do so that we didn't think twice about getting this particular guy(young fella) to tile our hall,kitchen,main bathroom and en suite.The same guy works in the shop where we purchased the tiles.
Anyway it's only in the last month or so that I'm realising the job he did left a lot to be desired.
Such as; Behind the sink, there are no tiles and in hard to reach areas, instead of shaping the tile he has simply filled the space with grout.In the grout work he has done (especially on the floor), it's as though there is dirt etc mixed up in the grout and it's terrible. Am I too late in making a complaint?
